Service Description
A fun and effective circuit style session, which is down to earth and easily approachable to all fitness levels! Here we work in series of basic exercises focusing on strength, cardio and endurance. What ever your own personal fitness goal might be - working on strength, posture or maybe toning your body or losing weight, you will find the chance to target that in this session. The session is adaptable to your own fitness level and we do this on a playful way! Please bring along your own mat, suitable outdoor clothing and a water bottle!
